Join Canberra's award-winning site-specific dance company, Australian Dance Party for a stunning dance and music performance that celebrates the architectural invitation that is LESS. Experience evocative dance with live music by Alex Voorhoeve (cello) and John Mackey (sax). Designed by Chilean architects Pezo von Ellrichshausen, the uses of LESS are undefined. For them, it is a place that conjures the ancient history of grand civilisations, duality of the rigid and organic, and the permeable cage that we have all experienced recently. Join them in reverent contemplation as we uncover our playful imagination. Directed by Alison Plevey in collaboration with dancers Ryan Stone, Ashlee Bye, Levente Szabo, Jake Silvestro and Patricia Hayes-Cavanagh, accompanied by musicians Alex Voorhoeve and John Mackey/ Liam Budge.
