DESCRIPTION:Therapeutic experiential groups meet monthly and are open to anyone curious about exploring themselves in relationship with others. Drawing on Psychodrama\, expressive arts and somatic practice\, these groups offer something that individual therapy cannot — the living\, breathing experience of being witnessed and met by a community of people who are also finding their way.\n\nEach session creates a container for what is present in the room — what the body is holding\, what wants to be expressed\, what has been waiting to be seen. There is no performance required. Only a willingness to show up\, attend and be.\n\nThese groups are for people who sense that healing happens in connection — not just in understanding.\n
