SUMMARY:sitting dance - light exercise to music
DESCRIPTION:the young at heart elderly and not so elderly too who come together monday mornings for some light entertainment with exercise to help keep bodies mobile and joints oiled.&nbsp\; it is sitting down exercises but if you are up to it\, by all means stand and follow the coordinator up front.&nbsp\; i even do a little jig sometimes\, much to the amusement of all present.&nbsp\; don't hurt yourself\, i'm told.&nbsp\; i'm the baby of the room but i do need to be careful&nbsp\;with my balance.&nbsp\; arrival is from 9am for registration $2.&nbsp\; to start at 9.30am.&nbsp\; includes morning tea at 10am ( no extra charge ) and finishes after 11am.&nbsp\; plenty of parking.&nbsp\; wheelchair accessible and air conditioned.&nbsp\; please bring your own carers if needed.&nbsp\; raffle tickets available.&nbsp\; great prizes donated by Woolworth's Mt. Pleasant. if you like us\,&nbsp\;membership is $5 and lasts until 31st December 2023 which provides many more benefits.&nbsp\; you will receive a sample newsletter at first showing all our activities\, details and benefits.&nbsp\; we are here for fun and each others company.&nbsp\; it's all about getting out of the house.&nbsp\; the exercise is an added bonus.&nbsp\; its just so good to see everyone.&nbsp\; some even sing along to the tunes played for the exercise.&nbsp\; one gentleman is very good and sings during the morning tea break.&nbsp\; good on ya mate :)\n
