It's part of OneWave - a not-for-profit community raising mental health awareness.&nbsp\;We believe everyone should have the chance to ride waves and openly talk about mental health without being judged. It's a simple recipe... saltwater therapy\, surfing and fluro.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;We meet near the Coffs Harbour Yacht Club beach access. Also\, you don't need to be a surfer\, just come along :)&nbsp\;\n
