The session will be facilitated by one of their passionate coffee educators who will take you behind the scenes in their warehouse and roastery. You will be introduced to the international standard for coffee tasting as you sample coffee from various origins, processed in different ways. They'll introduce you to the factors that affect the flavour profile of coffee from farm to cup. And you'll learn how to evaluate flavour, aroma, aftertaste, acidity, body, uniformity, balance and sweetness.
