The legacy of Ben Chifley is celebrated each year in his home town of Bathurst at the annual Light on the Hill Dinner. Ben Chifley, Prime Minister of Australia, spoke to the annual conference of NSW Labor on June 12, 1949, and ended his address with words of inspiration for the Labour Movement. His words have come to epitomise Labor values to many within the Party. This years guest speaker is Dr Jim Chalmers, Member for Rankin and Shadow Treasurer. Entry Cost Adult $85 Concession $65
