Gin School

Join the team from award-winning North of Eden gin and become a distiller for the afternoon. Create your own gin recipe from their pantry of delicious botanicals and then use one of their gorgeous copper stills to transform your ingredients into a bespoke bottle of gin to take home. Your afternoon of alchemy lasts for three hours and includes complimentary North of Eden gin and tonics, a light lunch and a bottle of your craft gin creation, bottled, labelled and ready to take home. Entry Cost Adult $90 - It's AUD180 for two people sharing one still (AUD90 per person) or AUD145 for singles on their own still.
