Carcoar Village Fair - Australia Day

The Carcoar Village Fair on Australia Day has been a perennial favourite on the regional events calendar for over 30 years, and this year will be reinvigorated with a fresh new approach aimed at bringing the real heritage and characters of Carcoar’s rich history to life and sharing the talents of local and regional artisans. A key focus of this year’s event is the brand-new concept of roving and immersive street performances, with professional actors in vintage clothing re-enacting scenes from the true history of Carcoar. The main street will be dedicated to a Vintage Car display, with a meandering Artisan Market throughout the village and along the river and local food and wine producers showcasing the best that the region has to offer. If you come along early enough you will be able to hire vintage clothing for the day and wander through the heritage laneways of Carcoar. Bring along your picnic blanket and swimmers for a day by the beautiful Belubula River and watch the return of the inflatable duck races. There will be face-painting for the kids and live music will be provided throughout the day. Entry Cost Adult $5 Child $0 - Children under 12 Free
