Evoke | Beethoven & Berwald (Blackheath Chamber Music Festival)

Listen to classical music the way the composers wanted you to hear it! Established in 2013, the Australian Romantic and Classical Orchestra has already become a dynamic influence on the Australian music scene. A world-class orchestra of leading Australian musicians, we are dedicated to the performance of Classical and Romantic orchestral and chamber music repertoire in historically informed style on instruments from the time period the music was written. They are delighted to be performing our EVOKE program, featuring chamber music by Beethoven and Berwald, at the inaugural Blackheath Chamber Music Festival. Spend four autumn days and evenings in the upper Blue Mountains enjoying concerts and workshops presented in Phillips Hall, Blackheath, and the beautiful Campbell Rhododendron Gardens. All are within an easy walk of the Blackheath village centre where you can shop, or sample the delicious delights of our cafes, restaurants and bakeries, and our local wineries.
