Japanese Tea Ceremony - Chado

Also called The Way of Tea, this is a Japanese cultural activity involving the ceremonial preparation and presentation of matcha (green tea). The essence of Chado is found in four principles - harmony, respect, purity and tranquility. The presenters will wear beautiful Kimono and an afternoon tea of both Australian and Japanese food will be served following the ceremony. Bookings are essential.
