[REMOVED] Jillian Culey: Woven Mountains Exhibition

From the found to the new, from the recycled to the burnt, from natural to manufactured, it can all be found in the Woven Mountain Exhibition. Inspiration has come from many places for this group of weavers based loosely in the Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury areas. The Mountains Basketry group meet monthly to share skills, fibres and techniques and in the process have built a community of contemporary basket makers and friends. This exhibition explores their connection to the mountains - the colours, shapes, textures and materials.
