In this festive MoonCake Season, learn how to bake your own!
In this class they will cover the making of two different mooncake pastries and two types of fillings using contemporary flavours.
Also the moulding baking and finishing of the moon cakes and everyone will take their own home.
This class is delivered by their Head of Pastry and Creative Director Tiffany Jones.
