Water Dragón Tantra Retreat offers a fully catered six-day Tantra retreat in a 4 star accommodation at Tallows Beach Byron Bay. The retreat will be guided by Helena ( principal guide at Tantric Healing, Sydney). Helena has over 17 years teaching tantra...and has studied extensively in Australia, India and the US. The retreat will focus on the three components of tantra: meditation, personal growth and sensuality. The course will include: breathwork, bodywork, auras and a range of spiritual and sensual tantric practises. Each day will begin with yoga/pilates and all meals are vegetarian.
