The Golden Plough is a celebration of the contribution that the Australian Draught Horse has made to the nation and agricultural history. It is, indeed, a rare opportunity to see these magnificent horses in action.
Throughout the weekend ploughmen and ploughwomen will harness up their horses with the aim of ploughing the straightest and neatest furrow.
Spectators are most welcome, and limited camping is available - unfortunately, dogs are not permitted.
All competitors must be financial members of the ADHS (and you can join at the event).
Due to current advice on public gatherings, please contact the host of this event to confirm it is proceeding as planned.
