Enjoy a pastry and coffee on a vineyard tour with winemaker Tom Ward looking at what makes Orange vineyards unique. Followed by a sit down Masterclass looking at food and wine matching by Rhys the Sommelier with Swinging Bridge Wines from current and museum releases. Menu prepared by in house chef Simon Kalis.
