Learn the art of watercolour painting in this eight-week program that guides participants through foundational techniques in a supportive and friendly environment. For ages 13 and over. The facilitator of this program is Jo Wong Hoyee, a local arts maker and educator who specialises in free-hand drawing, painting, illustration, photography and digital imaging.
