About
Now you can take an online tour of the Coffs Harbour Regional Museum!
Click here to take your online 3D Virtual Tour.
This exciting new virtual tour allows you to explore the museum room-by-room from the comfort of your home or on your mobile device. You will find our exhibitions and a number of pieces from the collection labelled with links to further information on our Coffs Collections page plus interesting stories on our Heritage blog. Of course, we would love you to also visit us in person for the full museum experience with one of our expert guides!
Discover our current exhibitions including Bananas to Beautizone, which explores how the experience of summer has changed in the Coffs Coast region. The Tasma Theatre exhibition showcases Coffs Harbour’s 1937 Art Deco cinema, including the original projector and seats. Learn the stories from local elders of the Gumbaynggirr community, the original custodians of the land. Find artefacts from Coffs Harbour’s maritime history including the South Solitary Island Lighthouse. Our newest exhibit is a detailed model of Coffs Harbour’s original 1906 Police Station and Court House, the heritage-listed building which now houses our museum.
