Over the last few months, our local TAFE hospitality students have created amazing dishes to celebrate our local food producers, farmers and fisherman. Manu has then hand-selected his favourite dishes to create the degustation menu for the dinner. Our local TAFE hospitality students will receive an amazing training experience as they assist with cooking and serving – and event management students have been hands-on in planning the evening.
