Love foraging and creating mouth-watering meals from home grown fresh produce? Then this workshop is for you!

The Garden to Plate workshop will take you through the beautiful and diverse range of foods grown on the Coffs Coast and what you can do with them to create healthy and easy meals. Connect with local seasons, learn how to avoid food waste and enjoy some tips for making the most of what you have grown in the kitchen.

Join local food entrepreneur Louise Hensby at the Garden to Plate workshop to learn oodles of tips and tricks to eat well, avoid food waste and get out in your glorious backyard. Why not join our Food Smart Program now to help you make the most of the food you buy!

Please register tickets for all attendees including children aged 3 and over. All our workshops are are held out of doors in a natural environment so please ensure you wear appropriate clothing, shoes & hat. Help up to keep this event low waste and BYO water bottle.
