Nicki Jeffery will be at Storytime for a casual chat to parents and carers about the issues she explores in her book “Encouraging mums with hope: Light in the darkness of maternal depression”.

Nicki's book is an essential source of support for Mums as they travel the road navigating postnatal mental health concerns. It targets all aspects body, mind, soul and spirit and offers both practical advice and words of wisdom from Mums who have been there as well as Healthcare professionals.
