Join us for this fun online workshop to learn the basics of fermentation, including sauerkraut, kombucha, and pickled vegetables in whey. These foods are jam packed with good probiotics, delicious and good for the environment.

Join our Food Smart Fermentation Workshop to learn how making small changes can help you reduce food waste at home, save money and help the environment!

Note: All attendees will also be registered to our fabulous online Food Smart program and have access to downloadable FREE Food Smart resources including a handy meal planner, shopping list, actions cards and seasonal food guides with easy recipes to help you make the most of the food you buy.

All attendees will receive recipes after the workshop.

This is a MidWaste, Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Nambucca, Mid Coast, Our Living Coast and Kempsey Shire Libraries collaboration.
