Meetings are held at Sawtell RSL on the 1st Tuesday of every month from February until December.  This is a friendly group where you can learn more about how to cope with every day living if you are suffering from Parkinson's or you are a carer looking after someone with Parkinson's.  We have a guest speaker most months and keep in touch with a newsletter on a regular basis for those that can't make a meeting.
