"Dilly Bag" Workshop

This basket weaving workshop is based on a loose interpretation of a dilly bag using various weaving techniques.

Linda Coomber’s basketry workshop is suitable for beginners. Linda will guide you through, in step-by-step detail, the creation of a spiral weave basket. All the techniques used in this basketry workshop form the basis for making any round basket, and should inspire confidence in making baskets on a round reed base. Materials used will be traditional and non-traditional, including natural fibres and twines.
