About

Adopt your truffle trees, experience a day in the life of a truffle farmer, wine and dine, and keep in touch with your tree pals through the year. Then, receive the first truffle from the tree next season. From September through October, you will be able to visit the beautiful property, nestled among pristine rainforest gullies on the slopes of Gulaga Mountain, with its rich volcanic soil, to experience a day in the life of a truffle farmer. How does spending two hours among 260 oak and hazelnut trees sound? You will be able to roll up your sleeves and really get down to the business end of truffle farming. In between trees, while enjoying an elegant glass of sparkling pinot, you will hear the story of the truffiere, the history of the mysterious truffle, and be shown how truffle dogs are trained. Lunch will be a degustation of truffle inspired dishes. Provenance is important and you will taste the terroir in every, delicious bite. When you leave after lunch, they will stay in contact. With each season, they will send you photos of your adopted trees. To complete your truffiere experience, when the next truffle hunting season begins, they will freight to you the first truffle that your little tree family produces. Spring in the Truffiere is truly the gift that keeps on giving. Entry Cost All tickets $300 - Additional AUD150 for each additional person
