The 2022 four-day live-in and fully catered writers retreat, offers a boutique experience with tailored programs designed for each writer’s Retreat and post-Retreat goals. How might the overall program look? Think 'flexible within a schedule'. It is each writer’s retreat to work solo, be mentored by Retreat Director and Facilitator, Virginia Eddy, or be inspired by one or a few or the whole writerly group in group sessions. Connect with and dine in several different Station locations with other writers including Festival guest authors staying on-Station. Everything we do aims to challenge your thinking, to ignite your imagination and to motivate you to keep writing, whether you're a seasoned and disciplined writer or need a retreat to decide if, what or how you intend to begin writing. That's everything from pounding the keyboard to dining at sunset to taking leisurely early morning walks and hearing about Waterloo's history.
