In this three hour workshop with Baker Domenico Schipilliti of The Sir George Bakery you will learn how to take a basic sourdough dough and produce:
A spiced fruit loaf and adapting the recipe to produce sourdough hot cross buns;
Local olive, rosemary and lemon sourdough; and
A grain and seed loaf using sprouted grains as a healthy alternative to white sourdough.
Each participant will take home a pack (valued over AUD50) of handmade baked goods, a Sir George tote bag, an e-copy of all recipes and baking methods, and The Sir George Bakery’s four year old wild yeast sourdough starter.
