In this Sydney cooking class, your expert chef will draw upon her mother's favourite Sunday lunch menus. And that means mastering the art of creating gnocchi, risotto and pasta - all from scratch!
For this class, which is perfect for beginners, you will learn how to make the real gnocchi, tender with very little flour - melting in your mouth leaving the little smooth flavours of the sauce. You will also make seasonal risotto and fresh pasta made from scratch and learn how to turn it into delicious pockets of ravioli. To top things off, you will make and enjoy one of our best cakes, ricotta and rocket cake!

- Gnocchi with perfect and delicate tomato sauce.
- Seasonal risotto
- Ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, served with a butter and sage sauce
