You’ll be introduced to the best plant-based alternatives to use to create cakes they’ll never guess are vegan. During this hands on class you'll be taken through the basics of buttercream, how to make it without butter, or cream, and how to colour it with gel colours. You will learn how to cut, stack, and fill a round cake and ice it with smooth, sharp edges.
Then they'll move on to creating a layered watercolour effect and you will make an apply a white chocolate drip. You'll leave this class with the knowledge of how to decorate the cake with a range of toppings, tips for the best supermarket accessible toppings around, and your own delicious plant based cake!
