Ashford Salami Festival

The Ashford Salami Festival is a celebrations of Ashford's rich cultural and salami making history. The event is considered an opportunity where the various cultures can be celebrated and admired through a public event that provides exposure to the different cultures in a family friendly and culturally inclusive event. The jam packed program for the event includes: Salami making demos, cheese making demos, food stalls of various cuisines, market stalls of different varieties, children rides, novelty events, live entertainment all day, cultural displays, Pig Races, The Best Homemade Salami Competition and Local Salami Maker of the year award. Camping is also available onsite.
