Art Workshop: Abstraction from Within with Gitte Backhausen

Come along to explore the world of expressive abstract painting. They will use acrylic paint and experiment with different approaches to get you started on your journey into expressive abstraction. With gentle guidance, you will be creating your own unique abstract artwork. You will be supported to connect to and discover your own unique abstract visual language and build your confidence to express yourself freely. Suitable for beginners to advanced - this is your individual journey and each participant will receive individual guidance. Enter an encouraging, kind and supportive environment where you are provided a safe place to freely explore your own unique visual voice. Small group of maximum eight participants only. You will learn how to break-in your canvas for a great start to your abstract painting and how to create interest and variation in your composition, texture and brushstrokes.
