Hop and Clover Brewing School at The Little Cooking School. Join Dave Henderson, Brewer and Director of Hop and Clover Brewing, as he takes you through the basics of Brewing-in-a-Bag (BIAB), malt, hops, grain and the love of the amber ale. Included is a beer inspired menu for Morning tea and lunch. You'll also get to take a bottle of your brew home with you. Entry Cost All tickets $165 - Cost: AUD165 per person.
