Ninja Exercise Group for over 65's with Master Fay Shacklock. Free stretching and strength-building classes are held in the grounds of the Community Hall, Pacific Palms from 1.20pm to 2.20pm.

No need to book - just turn up and introduce yourself to the instructor.
