Santa will give your kiddies a present, inside one of their spectacular caves. They offer a mouth-watering Christmas-style dinner with all the trimmings, with chocolates, mulled wine, live entertainment and Christmas cocktails, every Friday and Saturday night throughout July. The feast starts with canapes, followed by entree, main, dessert, tea/coffee and petit fours. Traditionalists can choose a Christmas menu favourite like 'mixed plate of roast turkey, marmalade glazed smoked Katoomba ham, pigs in blanket, roast potatoes and brussels sprouts' followed by 'Christmas pudding with brandy butter, vanilla bean ice cream' - if you can fit it all in.
