A celebration of our terroir. Winemaker Daniel Shaw presents a masterclass exploring the harvest a vintages current and past.
Discover cool climate wines of elegance, intimate insights into our terroir and what makes our wine region unique - with a selection of rare, museum and current vintage wines.
A perfectly paired menu by our in-house chef and sourced from our local Orange region producers will accompany the wines.
