SOUND WEST Music and Technology Festival

SOUND WEST - Technology, music, creativity and learning converge in Parramatta. The Sound West conference will provide young, creators, professionals and entrepreneurs within the technology and music industry the opportunity to explore and experience the unique pathways that exist in their fields in 2022. The conference will incorporate keynote addresses, workshops, panels, one on one mentoring sessions, live podcasting and unique interactive activations. Tech heavyweights from Shopify, Culture Kings, TikTok, Spotify, Linktr.ee, and Immutable X will be participating in the dedicated music and technology industries festival. SOUND WEST recognises the immense talent in Western Sydney, Australian rapper Masked Wolf will kick off the live events at Saturday Sounds x Sound West, presented by the Parramatta Eels at CommBank Stadium. The conference will feature sessions and workshops with hip hop artist and producer L-FRESH The Lion; Australian musician, singer, songwriter and rapper A.GIRL; and musician, poet and rapper NARDEAN as well as songwriter Styalz Fuego, and acclaimed NFT artists, Serwah Attafuah and Bianca Beers. The conference program features Fonzie Gomez talking with Founder of Finder, Fred Schebesta Australian of the Year, Paralympian and Ambassador for Australian tech leaders, NEC Australia, Dylan Alcott AO; Shopify with Culture Kings CEO, Simon Beard and Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Linktr.ee, Anthony Zaccaria.
