With the colder months now at our doorstep, wild game season is fast beginning! Australia has an amazing array of wild game meat, from venison, squab and rabbit, to the native kangaroo, wallaby and emu. Bangalay Luxury Villa Chef's have designed a 7-course tasting menu utilizing these meats and the wild ingredients foraged from their coastal landscape.
