What to expect: I'll teach you the tools I’ve learnt and practiced as a Mother, Yoga Teacher, Doula, Hypnobirthing Australia practitioner and Optimal Maternal Positioning (OMP) facilitator including: - Yoga poses: I’ve curated these unique sequences over the last 17 years of studying and teaching prenatal yoga. I’ve tried, tested and tweaked them during my own pregnancy so I know they work and how to adapt them to suit EVERY body and bump. - Hypnobirthing Tools: breathing techniques for labour and birth, visualisation, affirmations, positive language and education. - Active Birth Positions: to get your baby in the best position, move and breathe through surges and have a shorter labour. - Guided Relaxation: to help you relax so you're happier, healthier and sleep better! - Meditation: to deeply connect with your baby and your Self. - Journalling: to uncover and release your fears, gain clarity and express gratitude. Classes are taught by Melissa Field- Mother, Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, Doula and Yoga Instructor with 18 years experience.
