When spring is here, so are wild edible greens. It's time to become a skilled forager with our Wild Green Workshop in Berrima this Spring. Hunt for edible wild plants, learn about medicinal flora you can grow at home, taste and explore some backyard favourites plants from their very own local forager Jo from Quarter Acre Farm in the historic village of Berrima. Enjoy a wild tea infusion on arrival with an Olive Oil and Olive tasting. Walk the village to find and harvest edible greens such as wood sorrel, plantains and flat weed. They will show you how to clean and prepare these before tasting in a poached chicken salad alongside some tasty delights from Jo’s Garden. Learn and take in the Spring sunshine in a beautiful village and new friends as you enjoy a glass of cool climate wine and the warm weather. Its a wonderful day out. Directions will be emailed a few days before each event to booked guests. Groups will between 15 – 20 guests. Entry Cost All tickets $95
