About

Spring is here and so are wild edible greens. It's time to become a skilled forager in their Wild Green Workshop down in Kangaroo Valley this October and November. Hunt for edible wild plants, learn about medicinal flora you can grow at home, taste and explore some backyard favourites plants from their very own local forager Jo from Quarter Acre Farm on a stunning private property in the Shoalhaven. Enjoy a wild tea infusion on arrival with an Olive Oil and Olive tasting. Then, thanks to their friends at Kangaroo Valley Olives, they get to walk their beautiful property to find and harvest edible greens such as wood sorrel, plantains and flat weed. They will show you how to clean and prepare these before tasting in a poached chicken salad alongside some tasty delights from Jo’s Garden as well as Kangaroo Valley Vinaigrette. Learn and take in the Spring sunshine in a beautiful pavilion by the olive grove and dam, beneath the stunning escarpment of Kangaroo Valley Make new friends, enjoy a glass of cool climate wine and the warm weather. Its a wonderful day out. Directions will be emailed a few days before each event to booked guests. Groups will between 15 – 20 guests Entry Cost All tickets $95
