First Release Signature Dinner at The Mill Restaurant, Estate Tuscany. The Dinner features a five course Degustation with matching wines from the vineyards participating in the First Release Wine Week and hosted by the vineyard owners and winemakers. The Mill’s Executive Chef has put together a spectacular modern menu sourcing the ?nest local produce including herbs, spices and edible ?owers to create delicate mouth-watering ?avours in every dish.
