Winmark Wine’s owner and Vigneron Karin Adcock has been an avid collector of art and sculptures, and she has been passionately curating the new Sculpture Park and Art Gallery. Sculptures include winner of the 2017 Sculptures by the Sea David Ball’s monumental ‘Biosis’, and the 2020 Wollombi sculpture festival People’s Choice ‘Fight or Flight’ which now overlook the 28 acres of Chardonnay vineyard. Guests can follow the detailed Sculpture map to discover incredible installations such as ‘Portals of Illusion’ and 'Ceramic Lollipops’, ‘Field of Aggies’, ‘Paper Rock Scissor’ and many more scattered across the property. The newly opened Art Gallery features impressive pieces from Sydney artist Rebecca Pierce, leading contemporary artist Felicia Aroney and modern realist and abstract artist James Ainslie, to name a few.
