Winter means truffles and it also marks the return of the always popular and highly anticipated Black Diamond Dinner upstairs at The Bishop. Enjoy a lavish 5-course menu featuring local black Perigord truffles (black diamonds) from their friends at Stonebarn Truffles in Western Australia, matched to premium local and imported wines. The Black Diamond Dinner celebrates the pungent supergloriousness (a real word) of those sexy fungi. Full menu and wine pairings to be announced. This is a hosted, shared table event.
