In this intensive, two-day course you will learn the techniques to gilding which you can use at home, on anything from mirror frames to furniture and even entire walls! What you will do during this weekend course: - Gilding of Egyptian plaque (valued at $345) - Application of antique Patina to make the plaque look more than 100 years old - Gilding of four boards (faux silver, faux gold, copper leaf and genuine silver leaf). Use this skill to gild tabletops, panels, walls and ceilings. - Gilding of a canvas in a leaf of your choice – use this canvas to create an artwork.
