This workshop introduces you to the magical world of essential oils and their properties. The workshop starts by exploring different types of lavender and the components of their essential oils. Are your olfactory senses up for the challenge? Can you tell a Lavandula angustifolia from a Lavandula Xintermedia by its smell? Following their introductory session with lavenders, essential oil expert Amber Culhane will share her knowledge of aromatherapy and the many health benefits and properties of a range of aromatic plant oils.
