Truffle Hunt and Cooking Class

GanymedeTruffles are delighted to be partnering with Stefano Marvello in 2021 to be able to offer two very special cooking opportunities. GanymedeTruffles pick up the pans and cook in the field. This event includes foraging for truffles and them enjoying a group workshop cooking class at the Trufferie in the old homestead ruins. In true paddock to plate, you will unearth black Perigord truffles and learn how to cook these tubular delights as the Italians do in a two and half hour class. These two classes are self-drive, meeting at a Truffle Farm in Greenwich Park near Marulan, NSW. Arriving for 10 am for a 10.30 am sharp start to the hunt and finishing around 2 pm.
