Weekly classes - Marian Street Theatre for Young People

Inspiring creative expression and skills in theatre, Marian Street Theatre for Young People (the Drama Experts) offers drama for ages five to adults in a professional theatre company environment. Established over 45 years ago, the classes focus on developing skills and knowledge including voice, movement, improvisation, script work, characterisation and much more. Beginners and advanced classes available. Uniquely, they invite students over 12 years to audition for their Children's Theatre productions. They have two or three children's productions each year, often based on classic fairy tales. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for young people to experience working in a professional theatre environment led by experienced industry professionals. This is an excellent option for either local residents, or families making an extended stay in Sydney to be involved in drama and a renowned drama facility.
