Couples come from Iceland, Hong Kong, New Zealand and all states of Australia to compete. This Championship is not just for elite athletes in Dancesport but also for beginners in the recreational field where they have dancers as young as six competing, The event is broken up into two days allowing dancers to compete in many events and provide a spectacle of dance for those attending to watch.
