FOUND! Studio Dog

Art from the Margins presents The Artist's Studio, part of the FOUND! Studio Dog Art Trail. Featuring works from emerging artists, AFTM’s artists in residence and the gallery’s permanent collection, this exhibition explores the relationship between animals and artists. Staged through Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery, the FOUND! Studio Dog Exhibition and Art Trail is a collaborative project involving over 30 different galleries, cafés and wall spaces across South East Queensland. Our contribution to the project is a mini-exhibition, curated by AFTM volunteer Lauren Spriggs. This exhibition tells the story of how the animals in our lives bring us happiness and comfort, and the different ways they are a part of our art-making spaces. The Artist's Studio will be held in the AFTM Studio space (just downstairs from the gallery) from the 6th October– 28th of October.
