Oseanica Culinary Art is a three-day Gastronomy Congress and Exhibition that brings together some of the Top Chefs and Industry Representatives throughout Asia/Pacific, Oceania and guest country, Spain. Speakers are exploring and sharing the latest culinary trends, methods and achievements while starting the conversation in the industry, around sustainability, culture, ethics and resource conservation.
They are bringing together representatives from indigenous peoples throughout Australia and Oceania to showcase their culture, cooking and native ingredients to the international and local delegates.
Oseanica is an exciting project bringing a lot of benefits to everyone involved. Network throughout the event with other delegates and exhibitors from around the world and regions that you do not usually get to meet. Find out a new technique or be inspired by the chefs, access the wild harvesters and their knowledge, link with suppliers, develop relationships with buyers, be encouraged to redesign your supply chains and ultimately enjoy what will be a fantastic group of people.
The local restaurants are excited and working with Oseanica to showcase local produce, incorporate native ingredients, creating a week-long culinary experience. If you love food, cooking, and care about the environment, you cannot miss Oseanica Culinary Art.
