Isaac Regional Council, Kilcummin State School and the P&C are proud to host Lyndi Smith, renowned Mindfulness trainer for a special Mindfulness Morning.

Lyndi Smith is a trainer for Smiling Mind, Mindfulness Works Australia, Mind with Heart and Mindfulness and Compassion in Brisbane and is bringing her skills to Kilcummin to share the benefits of being mindful in everyday life.

A complimentary breakfast prepared by the Kilcummin P&C committee will be available to all attendees on arrival from 7am.

Students in Prep to Year 6 and their teachers will also participate in a free in-school session.

This event is supported by the Queensland Government’s Community Drought Support Program and is being delivered as part of Council’s ‘Dry Lands to High Hopes’ series.
