About
The aim of the writing group is to nurture, encourage and support writers at any stage of their development, whether you have a vague idea you’d like to develop or a completed manuscript. If writing a book is on your bucket list, this is the group for you.
All emerging authors are welcome to join.
This group is facilitated by Angela Ratcliff - Lockyer Valley Author and GP and Jo Brimblecombe - Lockyer Valley Author with an MPhil specialising in language.
Angela writes as A.L. McDonnell and specialises in Science Fiction, Crime, Thriller and Short Stories.
Jo writes Historical Fiction and Science Fiction.
Bookings are required and 1 person = 1 booking. Everyone attending must have a booking.
To ensure we keep within COVID-19 space restrictions as directed by Queensland health, a maximum of 15 people will be able to attend each session. Community members planning on attending one of these sessions will need to provide and email address and phone number when booking your session.
